PD-1 和 BTLA 都是表达在 T 细胞等免疫细胞表面的抑制性共受体（免疫检查点）。它们顺利获得传递抑制性信号来限制 T 细胞的过度活化，在维持免疫耐受的同时，也常被肿瘤利用来逃避免疫攻击。两者结构相似（均含 ITIM 和 ITSM 基序），且常共表达于肿瘤微环境中功能耗竭的 CD8+ T 细胞上，因此联合阻断 PD-1 与 BTLA 是当前肿瘤免疫治疗的研究方向之一。 |
